Here's the How to Use of the bSoul Starter Kit:

It is advisable to use tonic milk in the evening for the removal of make-up (including the delicate area of the eye contour ) in the morning for accurate skin cleansing, prior to applying bSoul home remedies. But if you are not wearing any make-up, massage the Hydra-Milk Cleanser on the face, neck and periocular area, and then rinse thoroughly with water. It can also be used by men during shaving.
Next, apply the Hydra-Comfort 1 or 2 times a day to the face, neck and chest, previously cleansed with the Hydra-Milk Cleanser. Gently massage until completely absorbed.
